Tangenziali Esterne di Milano SpA is the holding company that promoted the construction of the Tangenziale Est Esterna di Milano (A58-TEEM), whose design, construction and management was then entrusted to the company Tangenziale Esterna S.p.A. TEM brought to life what was one of the first major infrastructure projects in Italy that used Project Financing, introducing a renewed model of dialogue between public interests and private entrepreneurship.
